Presales / Sales Engineer / Systems Engineer / Solutions Engineer Munich, Germany Cyber security & Managed Security A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Presales Manager in Munich, Germany to join a growing Cybersecurity & Managed Security Company. We are looking for a cybersecurity architect who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and will actively support the expanding business. Your tasks in the PreSales area will be to use your technical and commercial skills to develop and present solutions for their customers. You will play a key role in addressing their customers‘ cybersecurity challenges with the companies services and products. Responsibilities Deliver professional and complex proposals to their sales team. Manage RFP proposals, coordinate input from different teams and ultimately create the final response. Assess customer needs/goals and work with their business lines and technology partners to identify their technical and business value propositions to meet customer needs. Acquire and maintain a broad technical knowledge of cybersecurity, including their own product and service portfolio. Work closely with Sales, Service Delivery, Legal and SalesOps team members. Preparation of technical documents. Profile: At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in cybersecurity or IT. Cybersecurity consulting experience. Experience in project management. Proven success in customer projects. Experience in drafting proposals, including RFP management. Good technical knowledge of cybersecurity, MSSP and/or IT solutions (network, application, endpoint). Experience in creating technical documents in MS Word in German and English. Ability and willingness to learn on the job, through training, but also through your own mistakes. Languages: Native language German, English fluent. The following would be optimal: Experience in the following areas: Endpoint Detection and Response, SIEM, Cloud Security, OT Security, Managed Security Services, Application Security. One of the following certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM. Any other European language (preferably French, Spanish).
